Please do not submit payment unless we have already accepted you as a client and have provided a price quote for you. If we do not accept you as a client, we will issue a refund, but fees will be charged.  At minimum, you will be charged a $25 processing fee plus 3% of the total purchase price.

If we are unable to accept you as a client, we may return your payment minus processing fees. We may decline to complete a work experience evaluation for a variety reasons including: not having the right expert for the evaluation, our belief that the beneficiary's credentials do not meet the requirements of a target degree, not having enough information, or any other reason.
