• Attorneys can schedule a call without a deposit. If you are an attorney, please use our Attorney Inquiry contact form with your official law firm address, and we’ll send a separate scheduling link.

• Deposits are refundable for clients who have documented legal representation, unless they do not join the scheduled meeting. Even if a client does not join the meeting, the deposit can still be applied toward an order with ProfVal.
