Your L-1 Business Plan will guide your business decisions and show how the U.S entity is a "qualifying organization" based on its legal relationship to the foreign entity and its business activities.
To qualify for an L-1A or L-1B visa, the U.S. employer must be a legally connected qualifying organization (parent, branch, subsidiary, or affiliate of a foreign company). They must be doing business in the U.S. and at least one other country, providing goods and services, not just maintaining an agent or office.
Employers can work with ProfVal to create an Immigration Business Plan to show they are or will soon be doing business in the U.S., and detail the qualifications of the L-1A (managerial or executive capacity) or L-1B (specialized knowledge) beneficiary.
