An EB-2 NIW Expert Opinion Letter from ProfVal is a detailed, customized document authored by a distinguished expert who evaluates a petitioner’s qualifications and the merit of their endeavor under the three-prong test established by Matter of Dhanasar (2016).
Each letter is designed to:
